The Cognitive Board is a francophone, bilingual initiative, independent of any software vendor or audit firm. Its mission: to enable boards of directors to fulfil their oversight duty in the age of artificial intelligence.
"We provide boards with the analytical frameworks, proprietary tools and deliberation protocols required to exercise their oversight duty in the age of AI."
The Cognitive Board is part of a wider applied-research programme on cognitive technologies and their impact on governance, executive leadership, and power.
This site is the first of a catalog that will soon include The Cognitive CEO (for chief executives) and The Cognitive Exec (for executive committees). Each site articulates a rigorous editorial production with a distinct boutique advisory practice.
The author is currently writing The Cognitive Age (L'âge cognitif), a book on education, management and power in the age of AI, which will form the theoretical backbone of the catalog. The site publishes preparatory essays and research notes along the way.

The Cognitive Board addresses directors and chairs. The Cognitive CEO will address chief executives. The Cognitive Exec will address executive committees. Each site is built to work as a standalone resource — and to reinforce the others.
Boards of directors, chairs, NEDs, corporate secretaries, audit and risk committees.
Chief executives, founders, and their inner advisors. Posture, rhythm and practice of the CEO in the age of AI.
Executive committees. Collective decision modes, articulation with the board, transformation of leadership teams.
